Shipping

We now ship to commercial, school AND residential addresses! However, if an order requires freight shipment, we must ship to your school address.

Our shipping fees are as follows:

Orders $0 to $499.99: $39
Orders over $500 ship for FREE!

Why do you now offer shipping to residential addresses?
The cost of shipping to a residential address is now lower compared to the cost of shipping to a commercial/school in most cases.
 
How do I choose shipment to my residential address?
All you need to do is put your residential address as the shipment address at checkout!

Why does a freight shipment have to go to my school?
A freight shipment means your order was large enough to be put on a pallet, which is best delivered to a school address. In the case of a freight shipment, we will contact you before shipping to inform you and to get your school’s address if needed.

How long does it take to process our order?
We usually ship your order within 3 - 5 business days. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can easily track the package to your shipment address!

Can you give us a discount for being a non-profit or a school?
We do not offer additional discounts, because we are already offering customers the cheapest possible prices on our products! We are always adjusting our prices to give you the best deals available, so make sure you check our site regularly!

Which service do you ship our order with?
We typically ship with UPS Ground; however, large orders may require we ship by freight.

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm EST.

Substitution Policy

Shop ZoomBee is a wholesale supplier for schools, organizations, and community events in need of quality gifts at affordable rates! Because we are wholesale, there is a possibility that your order may require some substitutions of products after you have made your order.

We will include any substitutions we needed to make in the email we send with the tracking information once we ship your order.

 

Return & Refund Policy - Effective August 1, 2025

At Shop ZoomBee, we specialize in provide affordable, high-quality wholesale gifts. Because we operate as a wholesale provider - not a retail store - we do not offer returns or exchanges in the traditional retail sense. However, we are committed to ensuring your order arrive accurately and in good condition.

 

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally, products may be damaged in transit. If you receive damaged products, please email info@shopzoombee.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damaged product(s)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

 

Incorrect Quantity Shipped

If you receive fewer products than you ordered, email info@shopzoombee.com within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly ship any missing products at no additional cost.

Note: This does not apply to product substitutions. Please refer to our Substitution Policy for more details.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges such as overstock or buyer's remorse. However, if you're unsatisfied with an item or experience an issue not covered above, please contact us at info@shopzoombee.com. While returns are not standard, we're happy to review your concerns and work toward a resolution.
