How long does it take to process our order?

We usually ship your order within 3 - 5 business days.  We email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can easily track the package en route to your shipment address! 

 

Do you ship to residential addresses?

Yes! We ship to residential and commercial/school addresses. Our default is to ship to a residential address but must ship to a commercial/school address if the order is large. Please look at our shipping page for more information.

 

Can you give us a discount for being a non-profit or a school?

We do not offer additional discounts, because we are already offering customers the cheapest possible prices on our products! We are always adjusting our prices to give you the best deals available, so make sure you check our site regularly!

 

Which service do you ship our order with?

We typically ship with UPS Ground; however, large orders may require we ship by freight.

  

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.
